General Policies

How do we collect information?

When you provide it to us. When registering for services or for email lists, you may provide us with your name, email address, postal address, phone number, or other personal information. You may also provide us information on your family members’ names and ages, your pets, and specific behavioral information regarding your pets. We will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the services you have requested from us.

When you pay for our services. If you are making a purchase, we will request financial information potentially including your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. Any financial information we collect is used only to bill you for your purchase. This information may be forwarded to your credit card provider.

When you visit our website. Some of the plugins and analytical tools on our site use “cookies,” which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. Can I remove my personal information?

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Is my information disclosed to anyone besides Hands Full Dog Training, LLC?

Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by sending an email to info@handsfulldogtraining.com. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Privacy Policy for Minors

Only persons 18 and older may create an account and register for services. We do not intentionally collect account related data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, please ask your parent or guardian to contact us, create an account, and enroll for services. If you are under 18 and register for services, we may delete your account and request a parent to contact us.

Where are you located?

We are based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

Crisp Chat

When you use our live chat, we may see your IP address and location as well as your operating system and web browser. We can also see which page you are browsing and which links you have visited. We use this information to verify that you are in our service area, to screen spammers, and to help you enroll for our services. We do not disclose this information to third parties.

If you provide us with personal information via chat, we may make internal notes regarding your client profile. However, no personal information is shared outside of our company, and it is only used for administrative purposes such as selecting appropriate services and scheduling service providers.

Chat messages are no longer viewable by us after 30 days.
